Sonny can believe anything that he wants to believe. I’m fine with that.
However, when he decided to take a job with the USAF, he signed paperwork that, among other things, acknowledged his place in the scheme of things. Chief of the Thought Police, and Chief Inquisitor were, I’m quite certain, not even jokingly thought to be part of his job description.
I’m pretty certain that Sonny will be a preacher somewhere, but not while wearing the USAF uniform for much longer...and I certainly hope not past this weekend.
