On #7 you are naïve if you think the Courts are going to allow Trump to pre-empt any path to citizenship. Citing the 14th. Amendment they will never allow such a dual-tiered citizenship arrangement.

I don't follow you. What does the 14th amendment have to do with someone who entered this country illegally? DACA is about non-citizens, humanoids who were born abroad.
