If Hillary has been elected, would she be immune from impeachment for these matters because they occurred before her election?
Nothing is happening to her now, and she wasn’t elected. I can’t imagine anything happening to her if she was elected.
The pile of evidence keeps getting higher & higher, but Crooked Hillary is still on TV everyday treated like a Queen Goddess.
It is really disgusting & I am completely baffled. What do Sessions & President Trump have to gain by not going after her?
I don’t know the answer but I doubt very strongly that she could be impeached in the present House or any other House.
Remember, “impeachment” is one of those words that has about 6 differing definitions and I claim no special knowledge of which is correct.
It is hard to imagine how a president would be able to carry out the duties of the office with a revoked security clearance which I would think would be the bare utter minimum punishment for the clear mishandling of classified information.
But then again, any time you try to fit “legal consequences” and “Hillary Clinton” in the same sentence, a logical crevasse or sinkhole opens up and swallows any attempt at reconciling any prior human experience with what may be occurring in the present; as well as any nearby collection of facts that might be laying around. Those are usually replaced by a stack of dead bodies.
