Who decided that all American cities should be colored? Through personal observation I have noticed that blacks are more likely to pull up stakes and move, mostly to where the money, re. benefits, is better.
Around 2007, I was holding a job that allowed me to observe travel on the I-95 corridor and that was the year I noticed entire black families migrating south towards North Carolina and Georgia and they all said it was for the money.

By herding all the blacks into distinct piles, they could both control and benefit. The black people of America are still slaves albeit as long as they obey their masters they have the appearance of freedom.
