Exclusive: U.S. won't issue some visas in four nations in deportation crackdown

The U.S. State Department on Wednesday will stop issuing certain kinds of visas to some citizens of Cambodia, Eritrea, Guinea and Sierra Leone because the nations are not taking back their citizens the United States wants to deport.

The new policies, laid out in State Department cables sent on Tuesday and reviewed by Reuters, are the latest example of U.S. President Donald Trump’s effort to crack down on immigrants who are in the United States illegally.

The cables, sent by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to consular officials around the world, said the four countries were “denying or unreasonably delaying” the return of their citizens from the United States, and that visa restrictions would be lifted in a country if it accepted its deportees.

When will restrictions hit the other 8 ‘recalcitrant’ nations?

So what I want to know is when we have a repatriation problem, what happens to the “deportees?” Do we have to keep them, and if so, how do we control their movement in this country? Probably a “new problem” since Obola left us.

Good point. And remember that intent is important even though the EO mentions nothing of it.

The government seems to be more concerned about intent than actual infractions — re: Hillary and her email server.

And if Trump mentioned something during his campaign, then than means that he might carry it out — intent.

So divining what a person is thinking is important to a ruling. Apparently, people can now read minds.

because the nations are not taking back their citizens the United States wants to deport.

Load 'em up in a C17. Escorted by a bunch of F-15s. And a KC135. Show up at their largest international airport. Clear the pattern. Land the C17. Kick the deportees off the ramp. Clear the area.

I'm being charitable and generous, here. I'm agreeing to land the C17 before ejecting the deportees.

Read the article. Pretty limp wristed response from the Trump State Dept and not much different than what the kenyan did.

Anyone getting taxpayer assistance should be deported. Just like other countries. No more allowing Mexico to flush it’s toilet.

The 9th Circus doesn’t have constitutional standing. This is all executive branch.
Of course that doesn’t mean squat to them since their political agenda is getting gored.
