The Red Cross sells blood that was donated to them on the commodities market. I’ve also heard from a less knowledgeable source that they charge for their relief services so I’m not 100% sure on that.

This news doesn’t surprise me at all.

I know from a trusted eyewitness that they charged sandbagging volunteers for coffee during lower Mississippi River flooding in 1959. I’ve heard similar tales off and on forever from around the country.

I wont go into the details, but , YES, American Red Cross sent me a bill for their “help”. I will NOT contribute a single bent penny to these rip off artists posing as a charitable organization. Most doantion funds go to high rank officals in the organization.
