At the head of the article they have California Supreme Court Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye stating how having illegals arrested in courthouses disrupts her workflow... You rob banks because that’s where the money is ,, if you want to arrest criminals you gather them up when at court on other matters... seems rather basic.
Yes, if you use the same manner as being used here by requiring they have a warrant. Now also realize that it is fairly easy for a federal officer to obtain a warrant, so .... not sure what is trying to be done here other than slowing down ICE enforcement.
