A “step in the right direction” will occur when the 9th Circuit is dissolved; and, further, when its judges - who have willfully, flagrantly and repeatedly violated constitutional and statutory law regarding executive powers - are impeached and summarily disbarred from ever again practicing law in any jurisdiction.
Until these remedies are effected, this exercise is nothing but Kabuki theater.
