You say President Trump is saying—put it into law? He ended it.
So, odd as it seems, yes. He said to them (the do-nothings who blustered for seven years over Obamacare): “Here you go.” To use tavern terminology, he called Congress out.
Correction, he announced that he might terminate it in 6 months, or he might not if congress doesn't act on it.
They are still renewing their DACAs.
