I was in a small lagoon on the Chesapeake Bay yesterday. One of the guys working there told me that the water levels have been very low on the Bay the last few days. I wonder if it’s related to the hurricanes sucking up water into the clouds to dump on land.

Well, that's got nothing to do with any hurricanes. It's obviously a sign of global warming.
All the ocean water is evaporating up into the atmosphere.
