I believe Obama gave Iran this money, KNOWING it would be diverted to NK. Obama laundered money intended for NK through Iran. This has been my theory for some time now.. The Deep State would rather see NK 'EMP' the U.S. triggering havoc nationwide than endure a Trump presidency..
Iran had a LOT of money that was frozen by the Carter regime. It was not exactly a gift.
