They also discuss media bias in the coverage of concussions in high school sports. I didn’t know that participants in girls soccer had a higher rate of concussion than do boys in American football. This makes perfect sense to me since the worse sports injury I ever had was when my head encountered the goal after missing a header (at least that’s what they told me) while playing boys soccer in high school.
