No surprise from the 9th Circus. The law is not what is written but what the judge says it is. We are no longer a nation of laws but a nation of “feelings”. Our judicial system is a sham. The fact that more and more have no respect for our laws is by design.
why are they getting two bites to the apple. This has already been to the supremes.
Our current court jesters, I mean judges, are weighing their “feelings” about the “spoken words” of the signers of legislation, instead of the actual written legislation!
If that isn’t a farce and doesn’t PROOF that our judicial system is a complete SHAM, then I don’t know what will!!
