They will reverse, but the problem remains. I urge the President to split the 9th circuit into 2, designating each wacko judge to the farthest corner of the new circuit prompting their resignations. Would liberal honorable Mr. XYZ living in San Francisco be happy in the middle of the desert, Phoenix perhaps...or Reno, or Spokane, Fairbanks ?
