Fraud is rampant and huge for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, a former official with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency alleges. Under DACA, nearly 800,000 illegal aliens were given temporary protected status and work permits to remain in the United States. Experts have told Breitbart Texas that during the Obama Administration, background screening was lax.
In an interview with LifeZette, former USCIS manager of the agencys investigative unit, Matt OBrien, alleged that the fraud rate for DACA is roughly 40 to 50 percent and potentially even higher:
Based on what I had seen and what I discussed with my colleagues, the fraud rate is 40 to 50 percent. Its possible that it was higher, he told LifeZette this week.
According to OBrien, the DACA program was riddled with fraud and abuse from the beginning, where illegal alien applicants for the program allegedly lied on applications and were rarely caught by USCIS officials:
Theres a huge rate of fraud in this program, he told LifeZette this week on the subject of DACA.
USCIS employees did quick checks of DACA applications, he said, rather than thorough reviews, in order to get the DACAs all racked and stacked quickly.
He and the investigators working under him, called adjudicators, often found evidence that someone had lied about his DACA qualifications, but the office of the chief counsel at USCIS, he said, almost always dismissed the adjudicators recommendation to deny the application.
I would say 98 percent of the time, they defaulted to approving them, he said.

I think DACA was constructed mainly to cover the children from Central America that arrived by train. Perhaps other illegal alien children were cover as well. I’m not sure.
If it was the train folks it was intended to protect, then it would be hard to see that number approaching anything like 800,000.
If regular illegal alien children were included, it would be hard to see that number being less than 8.0 million.
That’s nice to know
District Attorneys and prosecuters have their hands full across the nation with “dreamers”. Public defenders are being run ragged as well. Total media blackout.
ping
Yeah...that's one way of saying it...or you might say "getting their pockets full"...or maybe "their bank accounts full"... But no matter how you say it one thing is for sure, the American people are getting hosed....
DNC lying again...and again...and again...
Thank you for referencing that article grimalkin. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.
DACA’s fraud rate aside, the key question about DACA is this imo.
Noting that lawmakers let lawless Obama get away with stealing legislative powers to establish DACA, career lawmakers able to keep their voting records clean by doing so, did DACA help lawmakers to get reelected simply by publicly supporting DACA?
And yet Congress is asked to codify it. Why would we want them to do so?
SHOCKAH!!!!
That's what I thought. Here is DACA's criteria (underlines mine):
Came to the United States before their 16th birthday
Have lived continuously in the United States since June 15, 2007 (The child invasion did not start until 2014)
were under age 31 on June 15, 2012 (i.e., born on June 16, 1981 or after)
Were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of making their request for consideration of deferred action with USCIS
Had no lawful status on June 15, 2012 (i.e. illegal)
Have completed high school or a GED, have been honorably discharged from the armed forces, or are enrolled in school (not fruit pickers but competition for better paying jobs)
Have not been convicted of a felony or serious misdemeanors, or three or more other misdemeanors, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety.
From WiKi: " Over 600,000 cases were reviewed in 15 months" (That's 40,000 per month, 1290 per day, 161 per hour), so how much vetting could be done, based on the personnel available to do the vetting? The author answers that.
Vetting?
Zip!
You can barely document 161 people an hour, let alone read anything related to them.
Any DACA dreamer who meets most of those requirements should have a stack of proof a foot high from educational institutions alone, such as diplomas, yearbooks with their photos inside, and numerous registration and report card documents.
I doubt those approving the applications were very diligent in requiring valid documents.
What I'm implying is, on the "so call" government side of the deal it's mostly Mexicans (Sure, they have their green cards so they can work in the U.S.) that are working with Mexicans because they speek the language... So, all a applicant need do is pay the bite.... Just like Mexico... It's a tradition in Mexico...
What other answer could there possible be for a failure rate of 98%.???
He and the investigators working under him, called adjudicators, often found evidence that someone had lied about his DACA qualifications, but the office of the chief counsel at USCIS, he said, almost always dismissed the adjudicators recommendation to deny the application.
I would say 98 percent of the time, they defaulted to approving them, he said.
President Trump could just re-vet all of the DACAs and get rid of more than half. Maybe 75%. So he gets the wall in exchange for DACA and still gets rid of 75% of the DACAs. Win-Win.
Remove the invaders
We've seen 30 year old adults enrolling in high school.
No one wants to talk about the immigration fraud with the Somalis and the Syrians.
I’m glad Breitbart is staying on top of this DACA nightmare and not falling for the phony sob stories.
Everytime the media shows some 6 year old kid when they’re talking about “Dreamers”, a picture should be shown of one of the 20 year old MS-13 gang members with tattoos all over his face.
This whole program is a fraud and everyone but the most weak-minded knows it.
>DNC lying again...and again...and again...
And Sessions, asleep at the wheel, CONTINUES to waste space in D.C.
