Foreigners have been doing this for years - mostly Mexicans.
That is why the 14th Amendment needs to be re-interpreted or repealed. It came into being after the War between the States to guarantee slaves citizenship. Since then it was interpreted to grant citizenship to every child born on US soil. It can just as easily be interpreted as it was intended.

If Trump settles for merely funding for the Wall in exchange for legalizing DACA, I will be sorely disappointed. THIS IS OUR CHANCE TO END BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP! Trump should say that unless the bill legalizing DACA also contains a clause that, for purposes of the 14th Amendment, the US has no jurisdiction over people born here without at least one parent being a citizen or a legal permanent resident. That ends birthright citizenship, immediately.
Please, President Trump - stand for this issue, it is the basis for all kinds of Democrat electoral mischief.
