“Over 6,000 individuals registered to vote in New Hampshire for Election Day Nov. 8 using out-of-state driver’s licenses — and since then the vast majority have neither obtained an in-state license nor registered a motor vehicle.”

I’m at a loss to understand how this could happen in any kind of size. Size being relative; but NH is of course such a small state. Do all these people claim they just moved to NH 20 minutes ago and do not even have a utility bill and the first they decided to do upon setting foot on NH soil is to register to vote?

They have same day voter registration and they just present an ID and take their word for it.
