Define “racism”.

Webster dictionary: a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.

My take is that culture has a bigger role in the success of people/racial groups. Germans and Albanians are both white, yet have different outcomes. Japanese and Chinese are genetically very similar, yet have different outcomes. Turks and Arabs are racially closer to western europeans, than Japanese, but further away in outcome.

That is part of the problem. There is no universally accepted definition. It is many/most times defined by those throwing out the accusation. Not to mention it is almost universally used against whites.
