NEW YORK — Fifteen states and the District of Columbia sued Wednesday to block President Donald Trump's plan to end a program protecting young immigrants from deportation — an act Washington state's attorney general called part of a "dark time for our country."
The lawsuit filed in federal court in Brooklyn asked a judge to conclude that the president's action involving the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, is unconstitutional.

Exactally. What standing? The courts have already ruled that immigration control is the sole responsibility of the Federal government.
DACA has already been ruled on....including by the USSC as being an illegal action on the part of Obama.

SCOTUS ruled on this already. So did the lower courts, DACA illegal. Of course they will find a judge to make it legal. We are a banana republic now.
You can’t sue to block the rescenscion of an executive order that was unconstitutional on its face!
The justice has to find that the executive enforcing the law as written is legal!
There can be no other judgement - and I hope this goes all the way through the courts!

This has nothing to do with laws, improving peoples lives or anything else. This is about gotcha politics and about the soundbites Democrats can generate in the media.

The courts have already held that The Kenyanesian Usurper had no authority to start DAPA, if we had an opposition party that ruling would have come much sooner on DACA.
Is a presidential executive order permanent law?
Trump cannot be prevented from striking down Obama’s EO with his own EO.
If Obama wanted his DACA to withstand the test of time, he would have gotten Congress on board and had it pass legally binding legislation. He could have then used his pen for a legal act, signing that legislation into law. His E.O. wasn’t legal.
His E.O.s are not legally binding. They could have been challenged in court at any time. Nobody bothered.
