Yeah, more double talk. Time for them to get the picture, you cannot pick whether you wish to be hung or shot, the result is the same.
This will end up in a rerun of the 86 “solution”. Do some kind of amnesty and we will ensure the wall gets built. Amnesty is done, wall never sees the light of day due to some BS budget constraint.
No! This is NOT their home country. While kids that came here at 1-3 years old have little memory of home, the others definitely do. Their families are also illegal and ALL can go home as a family unit. These kids go home, over 600 thousand of the 800+ thousand are from Mexico, meaning that with 2-3 people for each kid, that is several million people to go home. They go with American education, American health, with our culture and uplifting. They are set to prosper in Mexico and the Mexican government says they are welcome home with open arms. Problem solved, we do not need DACA.
So the GOP plan is to adopt the Obama plan.

Here’s my idea...
1) Put the word out that any illegal aliens (IAs) wishing to become legal citizens may come forward to enter citizenship training and go through a background check.
They will be required to renounce citizenship of their previous country like all legal immigrants do.
2) Children of IAs will become naturalized with their parents unless they are 18 or older in which case they must go through the citizenship training independent of their parents.
3) The time to come forward will be limited (say one quarter), at which time all IAs not signed up for citizenship will be deported.
4) Being born on US soil does not grant automatic citizenship unless the parent(s) are US citizens living in the US.
5) All other cases will be reviewed case by case. The key is that they must come forward to become citizens.
FOX just has some congress woman screeching about the horrors these poor children feel. Horrors and terrors!
Even anchor babies need to be booted out. They were birthed here as their mama’s were intentionally doing a criminal act. They all could have come here legally and have had decades to rectify their status.
Deportation is “permanent” and “commonsense”.

They are constantly crossing the border. Back and forth. There isn’t a holiday they don’t go back to see grandma. Lock down the border on Dec. 26 would put a huge dent in the problem.

The left has sensitized people to “feel” everything they present to the....they play with the emotions of people quite easily .... critical thinking no longer exists among the left followers.

I like my idea better. Any legal status given the current crop of illegals will result in more coming as we learned from the Reagan amnesty. DACA was illegal. These people have zero right to be in the country and should be booted.
When they say ‘commonsense’ watch your rear end it’s BOHICA time.
