The media is pushing the line that these ‘dreamers’ have never known another country and that it’s unfair. The reason Obama created DACA was to resolve the issue (because Congress didn’t) about what to do with all the young people coming up through Mexico on the train. (Mostly from the hills of Guatemala where they don’t even speak Spanish.)
They do have a home to go back to and they, and their country of origin, will be better off for their time spent here.
Never knowing any other home? Horse hockey. They go back and forth across the border constantly. One woman bragged she’d been back 400 something times in a short span of time. Kids go back to visit grandma every school break. Lock down the border on Dec. 26 and that’d put a huge dent in the problem.
