Can we drop the charade that Jen Rubin is a conservative?
Conservative Review ^ | September 02, 2017 | Rob Eno

Constitutional conservatives have known for some time that the Washington Post’s “conservative” Jennifer Rubin is a Beltway progressive. Over the past week, she has offered some of the most concrete proof to date supporting that argument. It is past time for the Post to end the charade.

Just last week Rubin came out against tax cuts, supported a judge striking down Texas’ bid to end sanctuary cities, attacked small-government conservatives in the wake of Harvey, and much more. It’s almost as if the Post has hired a former left coast attorney to act as a conservative to undermine conservative principles. But the Post brass would never do that, would they?

Here’s some of what the fauxservative Rubin has pontificated about this week.

Harvey hot takes

On Monday, while lives were still in danger and a citizen navy was rescuing people, Rubin went on the attack against … The Freedom Caucus. No, really, she did.

I can't think of a single person employed by the media who claims to be a conservative really is a conservative.

Literally all of them are hate America leftists.

Yet, they are labelled conservatives by the media and their articles and opinions are said to be reliably conservative.

Jennifer Rubin of the Washington Post is just one example.

Anna Navarro, David Brooks and Rick Wilson come to mind as counterfeits, too.

“Anna Navarro, David Brooks and Rick Wilson come to mind as counterfeits, too.”

Nicole Wallace, George Will and Bill Kristol are a few more.

It is a very long list.

It’s as if 50 YEARS AGO Southern Newspapers hired white people who painted their faces black so they could say they had hired some black people.

It’s MORE insulting for them to hire people who pretend to be conservative... eff ‘em.

Like Greg Gutfeld says, “I became a conservative after hanging around liberals, and I became a libertarian after hanging around conservatives”.

I gave up on her a long time ago. The fact that she is the most conservative says a lot about the WaPo’s columnists.

Like Greg Gutfeld says, “I became a conservative after hanging around liberals, and I became a libertarian after hanging around conservatives”.

I've been telling people that the labels are meaningless now, because "liberals" aren't liberal, and "conservatives" aren't conservative. And the platforms of the two major parties are such jumbled collections of arbitrary positions that it is pointless to call Democrats "liberal" and Republicans "conservative" as a whole. "Team Blue" and "Team Red" would be just as appropriate.

Why wouldn’t the Post lie and try to con people into believing that Rubin is a conservative when they lie about absolutely everything else?

The Post is a passel of scumbag leftists from top to bottom. They’ve left no room for any other political ideology in any of their print.

FU WaPo.

They are split personalities, moderate conservative 1% of the time and radical left - wing activists 99% of the time. The 1 % is when writing their biography or proclaiming loudly they’ve been conservative for many many years...(switch!)BUT...

“I can’t think of a single person employed by the media who claims to be a conservative really is a conservative.”

Like it or not, as long as the Left controls the media, they can put ANYONE THEY WANT on the air (or in print) and make the claim that the person represents us Deplorables.

And there ain’t crap we can do about it, until we start CONTROLLING some of the media, and choose which DINOs to give time to.

There is no disagreement over the fact that, with one look Jenny could knock a turkey buzzard off a reeking gut wagon.
