I agree. Kim isn’t afraid of the US. Threats of retaliation are worthless.

Leaders on that level have to address more than one party when making statements like that. First, he aligned himself with Trump, and then with Tillerson, then signaled to Russia and China, cluing them in that he is not thinking of a second Korean War. There won’t be American troops in North Korea. Not necessary.

I don’t think they should have to make any public statements. Why should the president and the military give any inkling of their plans? If there are any talks, that should happen behind closed doors. Public statements only rile up the little creep in NK.

Mattis and the president are keeping things close to the vest. As they should. I don't expect them to come out and tell us what their strategy is, unlike the MSM who are made up of liberal fools. is

It's beyond weak. They already are a threat. Why isn't there a military response? Sounds like they're playing Obama's "sand in the line" game.

Yeah, because last time I heard “massive military response” I was thinking someone was just going to get a time out in the corner.

How many need to get knocked off before something "massive" actually happens?

Hopefully one of those options includes tomahawk missile carrying neutron bomb warheads targeted at each and every launch site NK has exposed.....
Plus, one targeted at FATSO’s last known location...
.....Ignore the MSM nonsense, this is a proxy with China

Weak? You are clueless. Mattis is keeping folks awake tonight in NK.

“massive military response.
I like these words, sounds good, but it is just more arm flexing.

LOL! The quandary is that, despite all his bluster and threats, Kim hasn't followed through....yet. What kind of infamy would be attached to Trump if he starts something that kills millions w/o anything but blustering threats to justify it?
I'd love to see little Kimmie gone via "extreme prejudice", but reality sez........
