Release Clinton email probe details, judge orders FBI
Fox News ^ | 9-1-17

U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg said court papers that describe the grand jury subpoenas the FBI obtained to press for information from Clinton’s internet service providers can be made available to the public, the Washington Times reported.

“After reviewing the document in camera, the court concludes that it largely rehashes information already made public, thus obviating any need for secrecy,” the judge said.

Two groups, Judicial Watch and Cause of Action Institute, have been pressing the government for more information about the Clinton emails, and they say the ruling is a victory for transparency.

“This order makes public details submitted by the government about the FBI’s efforts to recover then-Secretary Clinton’s unlawfully removed emails. Americans deserve to know the full scope of that investigation,” COA President John J. Vecchione told the newspaper. Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said he doesn’t understand why the Trump administration was still backing the Obama administration’s fight against transparency.

“President Trump ought to be outraged his appointees are protecting Hillary Clinton,” Fitton said. “The State Department should initiate action with the Justice Department — and both agencies should finally take the necessary steps to recover all the government emails Hillary Clinton unlawfully removed.”

These are just the preliminary court documents, not really any actual evidence. Surprised they are not already public.

They will appeal.

They may in fact be hiding something but this is, after all, the Trump administration. Who would authorize them to stall? The same question could be asked of State Department officials stonewalling the HRC investigation, the IRS harassment of conservatives, etc. Why isn't the new sheriff telling them to cooperate?

They’ll say the judge is not “popular enough.”

They will appeal.

They will simply not comply. They don’t want to and they won’t, no matter what the judge says. We’ve seen this movie before.

There’s SO MUCH MORE!!
CORRUPTION? CORRUPTION?? This is STINKING, FESTERING ROT at the very core of this so-called “justice system”! If Congress permits this to go unpunished, it’s all over in this country as NOBODY but the anointed ones will be safe from the coming purge of those who disagree with and resist the elites and the deep state!

To wit “the court has rendered its verdict, now it may enforce it.”

Thanks, man!
My faith in Jeff Sessions is waning with every passing day! We need to see ALL this scum frog marching TODAY! I strongly suspect the reason we have not is that EVERYBODY up there has SOMETHING on EVERYBODY ELSE!!
Though this 5 minute video deals with FINANCIAL crimes, you can bet that there is plenty of sex and other sorts of crap going on nearly EVERYWHERE up there in Gomorrah on the Potomac!

We are a pathetic country to let Clinton run around pilfering money for another fake book tour as evidence of her felonies are suppressed which in itself is a felony.
