Rather than fixing the issue, the hospital retaliated against Klein: On May 28, 2016, after Kleins superiors found out hed blown the whistle on what he saw as serious problems, the VA closed his clinic and tried to fire him. When the agency learned Klein could not be fired because he was a whistleblower, his superiors forced him to sit in a room for a year, with no patients and no duties, all the while paying him his full salary of $250,000 a year, a Fox New article from June stated.

NOW HIS ‘SUPERIORS’ SHOULD BE FIRED.
The VA bureaucrats are organized crime.
I read the article and I think that this may be one of those events where the President should step in immediately.
For example, asking the head of the VA (as well as Dr. Adelamn from VISN 4) to come directly to his office and put the fear of god in them would be a good start.
In some people’s eyes, it sets a bad precedent because the President is getting involved in personnel matters and he should be above that - but the rot that is endemic in the VA needs to be cleaned out.
Maybe this would be a good way to start.
Correction...50% of federal employees are organized crime.
1/4 million bucks to set his ass for a year and now he just cant seem to get his $$$$h!t together enough to more than 2 patients a year?
Where is that sign about the forest service not wanting you to feed the bears ‘cause they get used to it?
Where is the mentality that concludes that giving malcontents and slackers more money and more benefits and making it easier for them is going to encourage them to toe the line?
...off subject but not...

I would do the same with every captain of every war ship in the fleet.
On the carpet. NOW.
OTOH, WTF is wrong with Shulkin? It’s his job. I get the impression that he’s not on board with Trump. Trump only has to have a meeting with Shulkin and let him know what’s expected. I suspect part of the problem really goes back to the GOPe and the inability to get his appointments confirmed which leads to guys like Shulkin who are swamp dwellers.
Never doubt the power of corruption. Corrupt people will do anything to maintain their power. Whistleblowers are especially disliked.
Supposedly VA Chief to have major announcement Nov. 1. Stars and Stripes reported. Probably related to hypertension, heart disease, Parkinson’s Disease, etc.
...and many of the rest are willing come-alongs. While not all government employees are slacking losers...most are. This true of state, county and city employees. A pathetic situation.
Reagan got involved with personnel issues when he fired the striking air traffic controllers, and I for one was glad he did.
This is going on throughout government and private businesses right now.
See something, say something, get fired and crucified by corporate attorneys and their MSM attack dogs.
This is the ONE area where socialist-democrats and RINO/republican/conservatives can agree upon. Crushing dissent in the labor force is priority number one for all of the parties mentioned.
The democrats are pissed off that Lincoln freed all of the slaves,
And the republicans are pissed off that they had to wait until nixon to find some new ones.

From what I read, he WANTED more patients, and this was part of the VA bureaucrats punishment.
Bookmark. I know Dr. Adelman and will probably be in a meeting with him in October. I wonder what he will have to say about it.
So the “wonderful” VA through neglect allows many Veterans to die while on long waiting lists. In the meantime, these anti-Veteran morons put a doctor in a room with no patients for over a year to punish him for whistle blowing. O)h, how I wish President Trump reads of this and fires these un-American VA losers.
“The VA bureaucrats are organized crime.”
Exactly! And just like Moscow at its Peak, those criminals who faithfully take orders from the Polit Bureau will be amply rewarded.
Sounds ‘conservative’ ...
