Moore will win handily, he’s spend decades building up a solid base across the state... Any poll showing this close I find as laughable as the polls that showed Hillary up 8 or 10 in PA.

The GOPe would have loved Moore to go away a long time ago, yet every time the establishment knocks him down his support and power grows.

Moore will win the primary handily.

Not correct.

It says you cannot vote in the dim primary, then in the republican runoff.

The first time removal was over the Ten Commandments memorial. Did that offend you? It was not a law he was breaking, it was a judge’s ruling. If you travel around the country, all these old courthouses have concretized references to God and Christianity.

The second removal was over gay marriage; he offered sound legal reasons for what he did. You must support Justice Kennedy’s blessing of gay marriage.

Nonsense.

It seems you have some of the Judge’s propensity to impute malice to others. Or simple ignorance.

And let’s not forget the Conservative Orthodoxy attack. The judge and Ted Cruz are experts at that one.

“You’re not a REAL Conservative, because...”

The 10 Commandments case was settled law when the judge was still in Viet Nam. That it took the ACLU that long to get to his courtroom shows what a backwater it was.
The legal precepts of “Establishment” are well known and nearly universally supported in the US.

In Alabama too.

As for homo marriage, the judge place himself and God’s law above the law of the land and ordered other judges to not comply.

Good for him and his demonstrated fidelity to God’s law. But it most certainly makes him unfit for office. Everyone in America expects judges to place our HUMAN JURISPRUDENCE, as derived from our human Constitution first and primary when it comes to any official act.

Otherwise you would have judges ordering folks to point east and pray 5 times a day to Allah.

That respect for human law is all that stands between you and the good judge...and the other 99% of people who will use any force necessary to make you leave them alone.

Permanently.

“The legal precepts of “Establishment” are well known and nearly universally supported in the US.”

You betray your ignorance.

Well known? Not really.

The first amendment states that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...”

Notice that it specifies “Congress” because at the time of the adoption of that amendment, three fourths of the states had established religions and they did not want Congress tampering with them.

“Good for him and his demonstrated fidelity to God’s law. But it most certainly makes him unfit for office.”

Moore placed the Constitution above the Supreme Court. How is it that fidelity to God’s law makes him unfit for public office. Do you really think the writers of the Constitution would approve of gay marriage, or more importantly, that the Supreme Court court is enabled by the Constitution to change the definition of marriage?

Maybe you should check out Marbury vs. Madison and what Thomas Jefferson said about it.

Short of something crooked, Moore will win the primary with ease.

And therein (something crooked) lies the rub.

If DJT didn’t open his mouth for Strange this would be a 10-point lead NOW for Moore. He got snookered by the GOP-E on this one.

No, the President—properly—showed loyalty to an incumbent GOP Senator who had already showed loyalty to him, by voting in accordance with the President's agenda 100% of the time.

Thus, this is a win-win scenario for President Trump. If the incumbent retains his seat, he's sure to remain loyal to the President—especially in light of the President's valuable endorsement. If not, the President will have an even more staunch and enthusiastic supporter in the Senate from Alabama, in the person of Judge Roy Moore...
