The CNN correspondent continued to ask questions and touch the mother’s arm as she and her daughter were crying.
“We walked through four feet of water to get food on the first day,” the mother said, clearly annoyed at this point. “Yeah, that’s a lot of sh*t.”
“But y’all sit here, y’all trying to interview people during their worst times — like that’s not the smartest thing to do. Like people are really breaking down and y’all sitting here with cameras and microphones trying to ask us what the f*ck is wrong with us,” she continued.
“And you really trying to understand with the microphone still in my face? With me shivering cold, with my kids wet, and you still putting the microphone in my face.”

That's because the reporter really isn't trying to understand or sympathize. The reporter just wants grist for the news mill. The reporter doesn't give a s___t about the mother and her cold, shivering, wet kids. The reporter just wants to make a name for herself as the one who got the story in the middle of a crisis. I'm surprised the first question wasn't an attempt to get the mother to blame Trump for something.

I’ve watched many interviews with rescuees on the local news. Most are co-operative or signal that they don’t want to be interviewed, unlike this rude person.

Yep...this woman and kids are cold, wet and hungry and crying and CNN is pushing a microphone in their face wanting a heartbreakimg story
Reminds me of a comedy routine that Sam Kinison did in the late 1980s about a film crew filming a hungry child in Africa: "The producer could have handed him a sandwich."
