The New York Times needs clicks because it is failing and knows sensational Russia headlines bring in the clicks.

There comes a time when we all must realize that, the NY Times and Washington Post and most other liberal media, are not in it to be successful at fact-based reporting and informing people and making money.

The left-wing media crossed the line between reporting/informing and becoming tools for assisting certain political groups attain their agendas.

Many of those media organizations have not made enough in profits to make continuing in business worthwhile. So, they now have ownership that is in it to use them as tools towards achieving their liberal goals. So, we have the NY Times, which doesn't care at all about retaining or even gaining conservative readers. Same with the Washington Post. Same with networks such as CNN and MSNBC. The OTA networks' news divisions exist for the sole purpose of advancing the liberal agenda. Google and Yahoo and MSN and other "go to" places on the internet, are mostly agents for the left-wing agendas and viewpoints.

If one were to be honest and label each story from the liberal media as being factual or talking points or fantasy or biased, one would immediately notice that, the vast majority of stories and articles are NOT truthful or fact-bases. Thus, we have stories as that of the NY Times digging up a non-story about Trump and a Russian Trump Tower. It's irrelevant and worthless and meant to serve an agenda item, "collusion", for the liberals. I've often wondered why there isn't a web-site dedicated to gathering "news" stories and labeling them in order to warn readers about what they're going to be encountering within the content. No need to gather the whole story; just a link would suffice.
