So I rob a bank and I am not captured after 5 years. Then I am free in this thinking. There would be a five year time limit to catch the criminal or we can’t press charges. . Or to level the playing field, no fingerprints, no pictures, no DNA etc. We don’t have that from illegals, give legals the same rights
