This is, IMO history repeating itself. Lincoln was the most maligned President in history. They called him an ape, a gorilla, an imbecile, said he lived in the zoo (WH) and publicly scorned, berated, derided, belittled and abused him. He received death threats almost daily, at a time when there was no Secret Service, and when just anyone could walk into the WH without being challenged. On his horse (Old Bob) traveling to the Soldiers Home they put a round through his stovepipe hat, afterwhich he begged everyone to not speak of it. Yet he slogged on. Fixed his eyes on the finih line and never looked back. And he got it done (winning). Then God took him home.

And we have that same man today. Do not despair, he will reach that finish line, and we will all win. Book on it.

The questions that get asked to these people are stupid and constant . What snowflake thinks these up? I have never seen anything get so overanalyzed as this presidency. I guess the networks are hoping for a slip...anything, anything. I almost hate to see Trump do anything because it gets harped on over and over.

We thought we elected a strong leader and a resolute CEO of the country, but instead we end up with a twitter addict who sends loyal supporters into exile and let disloyal minions walk all over himself...

You’re right... Italians are leaving the democrat party.

So are working class Americans.

And people offended that Hillary would call half the American people ‘deplorable’.

And parents of young children who don’t want men peeping in the little girl’s bathrooms.

And citizens who care about history and don’t want to be called Nazis because of that ‘caring’...

And blacks and Hispanics who are tired of being used by white liberal elites to trash their fellow citizens and undermine the police who protect their communities.

‘Democrats gradually become the caricature villain ... the party of Colin Kaepernick and Melissa Click and the screaming girl at Yale and the people defacing the Lincoln Memorial and the pundits who equivocate over condemning Antifa and the transgender YouTube activist who insists that ‘some women have penises’.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3580907/posts

Democrats are recruiting for us with their silly ‘takes’ on reality. Best thing to do is stand out of their way and let them destroy themselves.

Tillerson is a globalist. At Exxon he did a 180 degree turn on "global warming". He told shareholders that "global warming" was proven science and that Exxon would support the warmist agenda, condemning coal and oil (!), and pushing natural gas.

In Paris, Tillerson colluded with Ivanka to persuade POTUS to sign the global warming treaty. Thankfully, President Trump stood firm.

Of course as head of the Boy Scouts Tillerson ushered in the era of homosexual scouting. The only reason Tillerson is in the administration is due to a hard sell to POTUS by RINOs Bob Gates and Condi Rice.

Tillerson is no conservative. I don't think he's a liberal either. He is a globalist chameleon who changes with the prevailing cultural winds.

Sunday Talks: Secretary Rex Tillerson -vs- Chris Wallace

Posted on  by

QUESTION: Finally – and I’ve got a little over a minute left – the controversy over the racial protests in Charlottesville and the President’s response to it has become an international issue. A UN committee this week criticized the Trump administration for, quote, “its failure at the highest political level to unequivocally reject and condemn the racist violent events and demonstrations.” And here was the President in Phoenix this week talking more about the media than he was about the neo-Nazis and the Klan. Here he is:

“The only people giving a platform to these hate groups is the media itself and the fake news.”

Does that make it harder for you to push American values around the world when some foreign leaders question the President’s values?

SECRETARY TILLERSON: Chris, we express America’s values from the State Department. We represent the American people. We represent America’s values, our commitment to freedom, our commitment to equal treatment of people the world over, and that message has never changed.

QUESTION: And when the President gets into the kind of controversy he does and the UN committee responds the way it does, it seems to say they begin to doubt our – whether we’re living those values.

SECRETARY TILLERSON: I don’t believe anyone doubts the American people’s values or the commitment of the American Government or the government’s agencies to advancing those values and defending those values.

QUESTION: And the President’s values?

SECRETARY TILLERSON: The President speaks for himself, Chris.

QUESTION: Are you separating yourself from that, sir?

SECRETARY TILLERSON: I’ve spoken – I’ve made my own comments as to our values as well in a speech I gave to the State Department this past week.

I think Trump should put the petal to the metal.

As he’s been doing.

But your statements don’t go beyond suggestion or innuendo.

At this point we have no concrete reason to oppose Tillerson.

All Tillerson had to say to liberal-leftist hack Chris Wall-ass’ was “don’t ask stupid questions.”

Instead, he undercut his boss. Trump has to can Tillerson, McMaster, and Cohn. Oh hell, it’s probably too late for that.

Trump vetted and hired all these guys.

Within the last month Trump hired, then fired, a new communications director who sponsored an Obama fundraiser in 2008.

Trump's daughter and son-in-law would have voted for Hillary Clinton if Trump had not won the nomination.

Around one third of all president appointed jobs in the Executive Branch are still held by Obama appointees.

Trump is completely responsible for the political chaos in the White House.

The only people giving the mouth-breeding, snot-gobbling, thumb-suckingly stupid intellectually inbred sacks of dumba**ery any credit at all are those who simply can not get up off their knees and pry their own mouths off the leftard propaganda spigot from which they’ve been sucking down and swallowing whatever pumped into ‘em like good little punks.

»I’d be surprised if Cohn is still there in six months. His hyperventilating about “white supremacists” and “Neo-Nazis” tells me that he is completely disconnected from the American people and has no clue about the challenges that 99% of Americans face on a daily basis.”

Cohn has spent way too much time at Manhattan cocktail parties and watching PMSNBC and not enough time at flea markets and county fairs. In his world, anyone who is to the right of F. Chuck Todd and Chris Matthews is a racist and xenophobe.

He, among a number of others, should be canned by Trump immediately.

Unwise of me, but I somehow assumed that Trump’s final choices for these Cabinet slots would have been on the same page as him, and would NOT be running their own private agenda, contrary to, or even ambiguous as to POTUS’ desires. Were these guys asked the right questions?

Mr. Trump has been able to withstand media negativity as well as the lack of support from his own party’s insiders for one simple reason: it validates him as the ultimate outsider to a system that the long-frustrated, increasingly angered electorate* wants turned upside down. 1.

*The real 62+ million voters for Trump last year. Not the so called conservatives/Never Trumpsters and of course any insane liberal Misledia Mediots pretending to be concerned citizens.

Great response to the typical, Trump is done bs!

At this point if you don’t see that made up narratives are not going to sway Trump supporters, then you’ll probably waste a significant amount of time and effort over the next several years.

I have never revered that adulterer, whoremonger, and plagiarist.

It sickens me the way cowed conservatives trip over themselves to laud such a man.

His assassination was a vile crime, but that does not justify him.

Sarah pointed out yesterday and the SecTreas too that Cohn’s remarks were a very small part of an interview based mostly on tax cuts and that Cohn is still actively working with the administration and happily so to pursue better fiscal/tax policy.

If Cohn isn’t there in six months it’ll be because he completed the task or because the RINOs in Congress refused to work with Trump.

Cohn may or may not have had a problem with the messaging on how Trump communicated, but that isn’t why Cohn is working with the White House. Cohn knows that Trump isn’t a bigot...and that is the bottom line.

As for Tillerson, I think he is just as savvy as the President in letting the media get hysterical.

The media isn’t doing themselves any favors by pretending Trump is falling apart. They’re going to be in for a big surprise, just like they were last November. Trump has shown he will take on RINOs who fight him AND he’ll fight against Demon Rats too....

Fear not.

I live in Atlanta. Bookman hates anything conservative and has for years. He is currently actively working against Trump. He is the resistance. He is not to be trusted.

Trump is pretty durn strong.

He has thrown a strong light into the Swamp and shown that the extent of the Swamp is much greater than previously widely known. His support among the Deep State is almost nil, yet he perseveres.
