Ryan should focus on the business of Congress since that is where his opinion is relevant.
Not only that, Ryan referred to himself as speaker which gives the inpression that he’s speaking for the House of Representatives rather than just another gaping congressional @-hole with an opinion.

Recall during the campaign Amensty Ryan and the rest of the beltway scum refused to help Trump defeat Hillary because they were “focused on Congress.”
