The Thinker statue at UofL was found vandalized with pro-Trump writing the morning after the presidential election.

It looks like, sometimes, defacing statues is a bad thing, according to the mainstream media. Namely, when Trump people are doing it. Trump is the organizing principle of the universe according to them. If he or his people are doing it, it's bad. If anti-Trump people are doing it, it's good. The idea that vandalism and destruction of art is right or wrong independent of whether pro- or anti-Trump people are doing it, is reactionary, bourgeois, and racist.

I don’t believe for a moment any Trump person would deface a statue. Graffiti, property destruction, wanton violence, assaults, protests are all hallmarks of the left. When you occasionally see a conservative “protest,” you get respect, politeness, and cleanliness.

It was NO DOUBT done by Leftists attempting to characterize “pro-Trump” people and Trump himself as NOT intellectual or smart enough “to think”, and to do so by deflecting attention on their own attacks on historical monuments.
