It sounds like Gary needs to find a safe space and grow up...Or (preferably) be fired.

But instead we’re getting liars (Gen. Flynn) and pouters (Spicer, Cohn, etc.). I’m puzzled by this. And I can’t simply put it on the Deep State.

I'll tell you exactly what the problem is:

1. Very few competent people with integrity have any interest in moving to Washington and dealing with the bullsh!t of that dysfunctional place.

2. Those who ARE competent, DO (presumably) have integrity and ARE willing to take a position in the Federal bureaucracy tend to be extremely wealthy people who have already had successful careers and are basically willing to work for $0. There simply aren't very many of those people around.

3. If President Trump only hires people he knows well enough to trust them, he's likely to have a circle of advisors that lives within 25 miles of Trump Tower. That doesn't serve this country well.

Dear Gary:

What more pressure would do the job? Please advise.

Gee ... back in 2016, all the Trump supporters SWORE that GS was the height of evil, and that anybody associated with it was to be rejected as a globalist and a traitor.

Gee.... back LAST WEEK Ted Cruz was hiding under his desk while the entire GOP base was smeared as Nazi. With friends like that, who needs enemies?

Deflection doesn’t work any more. The BSM and other leftists have tried it so often that it’s too easy to recognize and reject.

Got anything to say about Gary Cohn?

Why is Trump so incredibly bad at hiring people?

The vast majority of professional job candidates attended schools and universities in this country. If they are under 45 they have received a lifetime of propaganda and lies from their teachers and professors. An entire generation of losers.

Mr. Cohn, there was a whole lot of ‘rot’ that went down in Charlottesville, VA ... as a Trump supporter I am disgusted that I have to repeatedly say I am NOT a ‘neo-Nazi’, ‘white Supremacist’, or a member of the KKK... I would like to know when Jason Kessler of Occupy Wall Street protests, put together his gang of troublemakers... and who exactly funded him/them?

I think it is strange that you focus only on that which offends you personally, and totally ignore the ANTIFA, who have caused all manner of physical violence, property destruction. In case no one has made you aware, some of their posters demonstrate they are not happy with Jews.

President Trump was absolutely correct, there was ‘hate’ on display, on both sides.

You did not pay attention to what was said about GS in 2016... Trump supporters were against elected politicians (Ted Cruz) bought and paid for by GS... Now, those that did work at and for GS work for US. Does Ted Cruz still work for GS?

Is a “post haste” resignation better, or just sound more cool, than a simple resignation?

No, he is hiding under his Senate desk while millions of his supporters are smeared as Nazis. What a fearless “principled conservative” leader.

I remember at the time of this Charlottesville stuff going on, the media was calling the one side “white nationalists”, which now seems to have been completely replaced by the label, “white supremacists”.

This seems to be solely a function of the way the MSM chooses to create and continue its narrative. It also seems to be, clearly, FAKE NEWS.

Sure. Trump and Cohn will always be preferable to limp wristed GOP plantation porch conservatives like Ted Cruz.

BWAHAHAHAHAhahahahaha!!!!

So the evil Goldman-Sachs is OK when you decide it's OK, and evil when you decide it's evil.

Thanks for exposing your hypocrisy.

My guess is he’s looking at past performance in positions that meet his thoughts for a government post. Unfortunately he doesn’t take into account the person’s potential baggage. Plus the individuals come from positions of power and are not used to following direction.
