Might be worth it.

Yeah, I definitely agree with that.

From the time he announced for president until now, he has a masterful job at exposing the fraud that is the GOP.

I’m not sure how many people see it, but I hope it’s all of them, because, oh boy, the GOP has to go.

And if @POTUS won’t disband the Election Integrity Commission, @SenateDems will try to do it on a must-pass bill in September. “

Well gee Chuckee what are you worried about? I thought there was no voter fraud.

Well, he’s get to avoid responsibility too.

So many games.
This is to pay for spending insisted on by Obama, and he won’t get a smidgeon of blame.
Dems will be refusing to borrow to pay for what Obama got and no one will point out the irony.

And, of course, extra will be borrowed to pay on the deficit... so that everyone can say “Hurray! the deficit is down!”.

Hopefully, it should be crystal clear to the base by now that the GOP has been conning and deceiving them for a very long time. What the GOP does is PRETEND to be conservative. But the reality is they do things in congress solely to benefit themselves, and then make a big deal out of throwing a bone to the voters.

But we’re on to their game and Trump is not letting them get away with it. We’re going to hold all those RINOs accountable next year. It will be a year that makes the GOP establishment’s head spin.

Republicans can raise the limit by themselves

We may need a good shutdown so the congress critters learn to focus

This year’s Debt Ceiling battle may be the very last chance to really drain the swamp. We must see a truly credible plan to cut federal spending (not counting debt service) to under 15% of GDP within 5 years. Otherwise I fear its just a matter of time until we have the mother of all crashes in the sovereign debt bubble hitting hard on the USA. The purpose of the Debt Ceiling is to force Congress/President to deal with this issue so that it doesn’t spiral out of control.

Is the President acknowledging that there are not enough Republican votes in Congress to pass a debt ceiling measure, so they should have tied it to the popular VA to get it through? Sounds like this isn’t so much a problem of McConnell and Ryan, but perhaps the Freedom Caucus.
