...St. Paul is alluding to Genesis 3:15 when, in his letter to the Romans, he writes:

"For while your obedience is known to all, so that I rejoice over you, I would have you wise as to what is good and guileless as to what is evil; then the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet."- [Rom 16:19-20)

It's this participatory aspect of *our* cooperation with God, which is modeled by *Mary's* cooperation with God.

As for Trump... well, we can all hope that he cooperates with God.

(shall / shalt is NOT 'asking' Mary if she'll cooperate with GOD.

This ain't COOPERATING; but stating the FACTs of the FUTURE!
