“Used to see Gregg Jarrett as a working run-of-the mill journalist - nothing spectacular -lately he’s been doing more analytic work, especially on Hannity and Lou Dobbs and is pretty impressive, especially when it comes to legal stuff - shooting down the Russian collusion and going after the Awan boys - another strong voice to replace some that have been lost like Bolling....”

Gregg Jarrett used to be an innocuous, slightly anti-Trump fill-in news commentator on Fox, who got busted a couple of years back for DUI and was taken off Fox for a period of about 6 months. One day he popped back up on Fox to continue as a newsman. He must have had an epiphany when off for those months drying out, because when he came back, slowly but surely he started being very pro-Trump (I think he didn’t like the unfair media attacks on Trump and faux legal analysis by other news stations) and started defending Trump both in print with pithy articles and legal news analysis that was right on point.

He has a sharp legal mind, and I’m glad he’s on Trump’s side now so vociferously. It appears he’s banished his personal drink demons, become a great advocate for Trump from a legal analysis point of view, and is now a much larger figure in the Fox pantheon of news commentators.

Jarrett is both on Fox News and appears a lot now on FBN as well. I for one admire his comeback from relative obscurity on Fox to one of its main speakers now. Nice going Gregg, you had it in you to do the right thing, both for yourself and for President Trump. Long may your burgeoning career on Fox remain.

Thanks for the great run-down on Gregg Jarrett, Flaglady.

I, too, enjoy and appreciate the great pro-Trump work he's doing these days on Fox. I look forward to his serious, analytical and spot-on information he is blessing us with in this days of fake news.

Agreed. He was very anti Trump from what I remember. I don’t watch fox anymore (just Hannity) and he hosted a show that had Judith Miller on a lot. It was generally anti Trump. Then he started appearing with Hannity and I’m thinking, ‘didn’t he used to hate Trump?’ Weird.

Thank you for the post. I thought I had remembered Greg as being a rather obnoxious (think Greg Gutfeld) anti-Trumper. In fact, I think Gutfeld was also an anti-Trumper. Both seem to have come to their senses regarding Trump, although Gutfeld is still obnoxious. I am quite enjoying listening to Greg Jarrett.

Also many probably don’t recall that “ concerned Bret Baier” had to take a break for depression.

Nice that people can overcome their life challenges , but don’t then sit there and wax on about our president and your scripted take down.

You have missed the point that he’s ours and like family we will defend him to the end as he does want to MAGA instead of suck the life out of us for personal gain like the current political class
