I know this is Spain, not the US.

But: Suppose he had been deported in 2014. How tough would it have been for him to get back in if he wanted to?

We know that in the US, deportation is just a temporary inconvenience to (as Jeb would say) an act of love.

I guess the human rights of the people killed are not an issue. They should find this Judge and hang him

Anything would be a lot more difficult than it was for this terrorist and his friends.

If deported, his presence in the country would be illegal and he would have probably been arrested again.

He had already served time in prison.
