Arguable Joe Arpio broke no laws. He was enforcing legally instituted local, state and national law enforcement policy. He simply ran across an agenda driven court that decided to arbitrarily reinterpret existing laws.

When Arpio wouldn't back down, the judge went on a vendetta including denying a constitutionally guaranteed trial by jury.

The damn judge should be held accountable for judicial misconduct.

That’s why it was a misdemeanor charge instead of a felony charge. That way he didn’t get his right to a jury.
