And let IRS, Social Security Administration, and others investigate the employee-employer relationships, appropriate licensing, insurance, reporting income, declaring and withholding taxes, etc. Bet little of that is going on. And, DOJ and FBI investigate for conspiracy. Were these people paid to commit violence? RICO?
