Indiana judges are allowed to carry w/o permit; they are exempt as the statute defining the “law enforcement officers” exemption includes judges and prosecutors. However, there is no requirement that a judge carry, nor is there any established course of firearms training for judges.

There should be.

I think if any citizen is required to get a concealed weapon permit, all citizens should be required to. Judges, prosecutors and cops. Every one should be equal under the law.
