Kim turns on Britain! Furious North Korea calls UK soldiers "mercenaries" for joining huge American-led military drill

Forces from the UK and Australia are helping 70,000 American and South Korean troops prepare for a nuclear strike - but they have been labelled "war maniacs"

North Korea despot Kim Jong-un has labelled British Army soldiers nothing more than "mercenaries" after they took part in US-led military drills.

Dramatic images yesterday showed armed forces playing out a mock terror drill in South Korea - brandishing guns and wearing biohazard suits.

It's since emerged that soldiers from the UK and Australia are helping 70,000 American and South Korean troops prepare for any North Korean nuclear strike.

The Korean Central News Agency - the mouthpiece of North Korea - issued a statement overnight denouncing the "US Imperialists and south Korean war maniacs".

Careful now, or you’ll make the stompy-foot chia nork really, really mad.

Does this idiot even realize just how much nuclear and conventional firepower is pointed at his ass right now?

The US alone has enough firepower to wipe north korea completely off the map, and turn south korea into an island.

American Big Media stopped talking about Li’l Kim to refocus their war on Trump and America.

What a surprise, all my co-workers who were fearful and concerned two weeks ago have forgotten all about NK to instead worry about Trump and the eclipse — with some intersection of the two.

British Big Media seem to be still willing to report on
North Korea.

Kim’s sabre has done run out of rattle.

Outside of the communist regimes that still prop him up, Kim’s communist paradise would collapse under its own weight.

China’s pitbull has run out of bark.

I don’t know what to believe any more. There is one military blogger I follow saying that the claim that Nork initial artillery attack would kill hundreds of thousands is bullshit. Then there was Bannon saying this is certainly the case (but he might have been drunk).

Question: If you’re mad, can you still get mad?

Isn’t North Korea despot Dim Dung-uno maxed out on mad?

I read an article from the Foreign Policy magazine just few weeks ago that said he is only pretending to be mad.

I suppose it’s relative, but any guy that is so fearful of his insiders that he purges them from time to time, has to be mad on some level.

In other ways he may be ruthlessly brilliant.

He’s definitely a loose cannon in need of fixing.

The article said he is enacting Nixon’s “Mad Man” strategy.

I have tried to think what is the right way and I always end up with “it’s only going to get worse unless it is finished now”.

I don’t know if they can or can not do horrible damage with their artillery. The military blog I read says they can’t, but it also says that North Korea is so mountainous that we need a lot of helicopters to move our troops and NATO doesn’t have that much helicopters any more as it has been preparing for something else.

My main concern is South Korea.

Any hostilities break out, and Soul is in big trouble. He reportedly has thousands of missiles targeted on it.

I’d be glad to be wrong, but that’s my take on it.

He’s not quite there when it comes to the U.S., but if I were Japan I’d be taking very serious measures.

I’m a johnny foreigner Estonian myself (NATO ally so we’ll go too). Got old enough last year to be taken out of the first reserve, but my nephew is there and my son will enter the army next year. A bit worried about him. If it needs to be done then it needs to be done, but I hope it will be done wisely.

Sadly, standing up to Korean leaders has not been our strong suit over the last 20 years.

We knew about Kim’s aspirations in the mid 1990s.

None of our presidents have stood up to him, and put a stop to this idiocy. Nobody thinks the world will be a safer place if North Korea has nukes.

So now Trump is faced with doing something about it, when N.K. is on the verge of being able to deliver them.

China thinks it’s safe. All that guy has to do is have one bad bout of indigestion, and Beijing could be targeted more easily than the U.S.

All the best to your family.

My cousin told me about Iraq. They were on foot patrol and were ambushed. They called in an the American allies dispatched an Apache! If this is the support what we can trust on there is much less problems.

I agree. In most cases I see us coming in and helping, but you never know in a war setting. You hope for the best.

That is how I am worried. It is not going to be done as I wish, but I wish that Germans would buy howizers and give it to us. There is no tripwire. When Vladimir Putin tries to build Soviet Union again then it is only America we can count on. Even America can go other way, but it is 100 times less likely that America will betray their word than Germany. That’s how I live.

I know what you mean. I’m not a big fan of Putin. The guy is a bit unhinged IMO.

Helping Iran get nukes..., not a really bright guy at all.

What does he expect his Islamic problem areas to do? They’ll chum up with nuclear armed Iran.

What he’s doing is national suicide.
