A small contingent of NG are available. I am sure that Hollywierd and Obama have arranged for the transportation, feeding and housing of thousands to go after their enemies.

If da Governor is smart, his ops people will have any AntiFa-laden busses tracked, they’ll be stopped, and laboriously searched for a couple hours each at which point “stuff” will be discovered that will fully justify keeping them stopped for a couple of hours longer; just long enough for the event to conclude so attendees can be on their way out before any real AntiFa presence can arrive.
