Credibility? Bill O’Reilly? I don’t see it.
I know exactly where you are coming from and I agree with you. However, Bill was the most popular and watched cable TV pundit in history. He would draw in viewers, while ultra conservative Bill Smith (whom nobody has ever heard of) would not. Use O’Reilly to bring people to the network at launch, then discard him for more conservative commentators afterwards. I think you know where I am coming from with this.
I had a feeling that Bannon’s departure from the White House was, shall we say, strategic.
He can probably do a lot more damage to the Left from outside the administration than he can from within.
And damaging the Left — be any means possible — is what it’s all about. Nothing else matters but to discredit these thieves and traitors.
From what I understand, Hannity has a key man clause in his contract concerning Roger Ailes. He can break his contract any time he wants.
It could be in the middle and it would be to the right of Fox.
Need a national base with some creative shows that are cutting edge and solidly to the Right—No more “Fair and Ballanced” Crap. More than talking heads—The Talent is there, the market is solid, and they would be on the right side of history!
O’Reilly turns 68 next month.
He got the golden parachute from Fox News and may very well be enjoying his current lower workload.
FOX News has always been a left-wing outfit. It only looks conservative when compared with the rest of TV, Cable & newspapers.

I don’t have cable and haven’t for years now, so don’t watch Fox but used to have it on every waking minute. From what I read here, Fox ain’t what it used to be and “being to the right of Fox” doesn’t sound that difficult a goal any more.

Fox News is to the right of CNN.
CNN is to the right of CNN International.
CNN International is to the right of Pacifica.
Pacifica MAY be to the right of The Daily Worker.
