The ONLY thing I keep thinking is that when Obama had so many troops over there, he tied their hands fighting in a PC manner. Perhaps if the tactics change, and they actually FIGHT a war, it may only take a few more troops and a little more time to achieve something worthwhile. It would be nice to see the strategy change to one of fierce strength and determination, not a cowardly and timid eggshell walk.

If his decision is to increase troops, spending, commitment, I hope he is clear about what the objective is.
The original objective was to capture Bin Laden and break the Al Quaeda leadership and replace the Taliban in power.
Have we not done that? So what are we still doing there?
