Possibly Rush had insiders during the Bush 1, Clinton, Bush 2 and Obama administrations. If he no longer has insiders and maybe is tired of spending a lot of time on research, he is no longer very interesting. I never did like his bombast, but the bombast without real information is not worth listening to IMHO.
Hes still the consummate talk radio guy,he almost invented the format he’s that good.
But he plays it too safe.Especially, when he doesn’t have to any more. He’s beyond threats,they are empty at his stage of life. He has all the money in the world and can do whatever,whenever he wants,he should err on the wild side more often than he does which is rare.
