don't know about other big cities but very,very few people with an IQ above 90 actually *live* in the City of Boston.Yes,there are many students living here (duh!) but I'm not sure if they allowed to vote here.
There are certainly many well educated ("book learnin'",as Jed Clampett would say) people in *Greater* Boston but 99% of them live in the 'burbs.
So Mumbles,Walsh (who's being investigated by the Feds for his actions when he was a union thug) and the Police Commissioner accurately reflect the city's population.
