If they are crying during the work day fire them. It’s EPA though - fire them all, whether or not they are crying.
I used to do training in Bloodborne Pathogens and Bodily Fluids for the city where I worked. I’m thinking these lib tears could be carrying who-knows-what diseases. They need to be walked out the door before an epidemic breaks out.
On the bright side, if all they are doing is crying at their desks then they are not doing their usual work of trying to destroy our freedom, our prosperity, and our economy.
