"you can’t let your identity be known because of potential criminal charges but the mask takes care of that. Then, you can tell your friends for years that you were there that day battling white oppression and fascism. You were Antifa! You were Black Lives Matter!"

The idea that the "Antifa" can be compared to the men who stormed the beaches and parachuted in behind enemy lines as the tip of the invading spear at Normandy, France on D-Day (World War II) is the absolute most ridiculous thing I have heard during the past 5 days. This war they think they're so bravely, gallantly and valiantly fighting is going to make historical laughing stocks out of them because you can bet your bottom dollar that they're not willing to die for it or anything else they pretend to be up in arms over. Sure, there will be casualties and some will be killed but only because law enforcement had to put somebody down. They're not out there wondering which direction the bullets with their names on them will be coming from when the door to their beach-landing craft falls open as they leap out and into 7 feet of bone-chilling water with the equivalent added weight of survival gear, weapons and ammo on their backs. No, the Antifa (a stupid name) will not be "giving their lives" so that others may live in freedom, having liberty and the right to pursuit happiness in the United States of America.

Not yet. But if they keep on fomenting riots...

Please don’t take offense, but don’t you think a picture of American soldiers from (presumably) the Normandy invasion, rather than British, would be appropriate in the context of your post?
