I think it more likely that he simply didn't “go along with the ‘program’”. That “program” being, of course, the “get Trump” program of Mueller and the portion of the DOJ “supervising” Mueller.

By the way, the Breitbart article did NOT say that Wray did this and it did NOT say that the reassigned FBI agent did anything wrong. But nice try standing up for the anti-Trump actors.
