I believe hat what happened in Charlottesville was a complete setup and for the democrats to go to that length for a new distraction there must be something pretty darned big on the horizon.
Why not? Sessions is basically a coward. Don't pour too much of your hope into his leaky vessel.
Yup......and another signal is that Chuckie "Show me the mic" Schumer has been unusually silent lately.
’I don’t believe that Jeff Sessions has just been sitting around doing nothing since his appointment.’
Quite right, too. First he recused, allowing the other half of his personal mutual admiration society to sabotage Trump via Mueller. [Now the dirty counsel is trying to build an obstruction of justice case against Trump for firing turncoat Comey—don’t tell ME Sessions has done nothing!]
Meantime Sessions has cracked down on marijuana and upped civil asset seizures. He’s been a busy bee.
I think Trump's "attack" on Sessions was planned so the media and Dems made statements of support for Sessions which will be sued when the hammer comes down.

Our three-hour meeting covered a wide array of issues, including the WikiLeaks exposure of the DNC emails during last years presidential election, Rohrabacher said, Julian emphatically stated that the Russians were not involved in the hacking or disclosure of those emails.
Pressed for more detail on the source of the documents, Rohrabacher said he had information to share privately with President Donald Trump.
Julian also indicated that he is open to further discussions regarding specific information about the DNC email incident that is currently unknown to the public, he added.
